Having a vision is one of the first steps you took in the journey of creating your business.

A vision is critical to setting direction and staying on track and in the game.

Have you thought about using your vision as a guidepost to setting your weekly goals and objectives?  And are you using your vision to keep your partners, team members, and customers focused on the prize?

The vision you have for your business and its impact in the world is a tool you can use everyday to measure whether you’re still heading in roughly the right direction.

“Vision is the art of seeing what is invisible to others.”
– Jonathan Swift

“Good business leaders create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision, and relentlessly drive it to completion.”
– Jack Welch

“To the person who does not know where he wants to go there is no favorable wind.”
– Seneca

“The empires of the future are empires of the mind.”
– Winston Churchill

1. Take time today to reconnect with your vision.

Close your eyes and imagine your vision completely realized.  What are some of the hallmarks of it?  What do you love most?

2. Now bring your vision just a little more to life.

Share it with at least one person who is either working with you on your business or is an ally in your business adventure.

3. Finally, take 3 actions this week.

What 3 actions will keep your vision in front of you and your team as a guiding light?
